FSC Service Details

  • Plate Pricing  Our menu has three buffets to choose from.  Please ask for a bid on plated meals.

 

  • Sales Tax – Is Not Included in Price, and will be charged at the current Missouri rate.

 

  • Drink Service – Lemonade and Tea included

 

  • Final Guest Count – Front Street Catering requests a final guest count, not subject to reduction, 10 days prior to your event date.

 

  • Leftovers – Leftovers are the property of the client. Please provide storage containers so that the leftovers can be packaged for you at the end of the meal. Any leftovers that do not have storage containers will be disposed.

 

  • Drinkware – Disposable glasses are included

 

  • Dinnerware – Disposable plates, salad bowls, napkins, and utensils are included

 

  • Timeline – Front Street Catering requests a timeline for your event no later than 10 days prior to event date.  We ask that the mealtime begin within 15 minutes of the agreed upon serve time.

 

  • Service Staff – We provide entree service, breakdown the buffet tables after the meal, package your leftovers and leave the venue clean and tidy.  

 

  •  Staff Gratuity – There is a 10% gratuity charge for our hardworking cooks and servers.

 

  • Payments – A Non-refundable deposit of $50 will hold your requested date. The balance will be due the week of the event date.

 

  • Acts of God – Should Front Street Catering be rendered unable to perform the duties in this contract due to business failure, fire, snow, ice etc., all deposits and prepayments will be refunded.
